I called Armour Roofing, and spoke with Ashleigh, after the hail that we received and scheduled an inspection for the following day. Scott Gunter came out exactly when he was scheduled to and let me know that my roof looked fine! It was a breath of fresh air to not be sold something that wasn't needed. I will definitely be using Armour Roofing when the time comes for a new roof!

Scott Gunter, who is the representative of Amour Roofing Co., was not only punctual, and courteous, he was also very professional. He showed us what roofing systems he would recommend, along with the specific products used to start, the actual shingles used, discussed the possibility of roof decking that maybe unsound; and what would be done to fix the problem.He came back 2days later to give us the quote. The Amour Roofing Co was in the middle of the quotes wegot, but the most thorough... No surprises, everything, including how the clean up was done.And crew that came were also professional, quick and efficient they planned the job out covered shrubs and the glass doors in back. They said 2 days and they were done in a day and a half. Cleaned up let me know when they finished and were gone. Excellent job, a pleasure to have professional people to work with! 👍❤️!

From our first meeting with Scott, everything involving this project of a new roof installation due to storm/wind damage, was done on a professional level as expected. Every aspect of this project was explained to us in detail and any questions or concerns we had were addressed accordingly. At no time were we pressured or made to feel intimidated into signing up for their services. Appointments that were scheduled were kept in a timely fashion. All communication with this company was up-to-date and stress free. During the course of the insurance process, we were kept abreast of all decisions and/or delays. Scott handled the claim process directly with our insurance carrier, which was a huge plus for us. He negotiated on our behalf and reported back to us as things were moving along. When we were told materials were being delivered, they were. When we were told work would be done the following day, it was. Our roof was installed in one day and our property was totally cleaned up before they left. The men who installed our roof were all very personable and professional.We never had to worry about anything and always felt comfortable and reassured during this project. We are happy to say we are extremely satisfied with Armour Roofing and would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
